Carol Vargo is the founder and creative director of Gray Antiques. During two decades in Washington, DC in health care strategy and policy, Carol honed her eye for antiques and design by studying interior design at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), traveling, and attending auctions, flea markets, and antiques shows.
She launched Gray Antiques in 2015 as a blog and online shop and now has a national and notable clientele of designers and clients. She participates in exclusive trunk shows and events, including with the retailer Moda Operandi, The East Hampton Antiques and Design Show, Trade Secrets Garden Show, The Ticking Tent, and Antiques at the Gardens in Birmingham, Alabama.
Carol attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and holds a Masters in Health Sciences from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. She now resides with her family full time in Lakeville, Connecticut.
